As the weather gets colder, everyone is finding ways to warm up a bit, including those pesky bugs and mice around your house. In fact, fall and winter are when you will most likely see the signs that pests have taken up residence in your home, but only some will actually do damage.
Considering a move to New Hampshire in the near future? Or in the midst of a job transfer that is going to require you to pick up your roots and move? New Hampshire real estate agents are masters at keeping a variety of balls in the air, and on any given day, you just never know what a phone call will bring or what type of listing will walk in through the door. The coveted luxury home sale is a welcome addition to any agent’s day, especially when it’s not a typical part of their core business. If you’re buying or selling a luxury home, know that straight out of the gate, it takes a special combination of expertise, roll-up-your sleeves determination (and maybe just a hint of luck) for you and your agent to get to that incredibly rewarding finish line.
For many New Hamsphire and Massachusetts families, the next meal of the day isn’t a certainty. Knowing that many in the region struggle with hunger, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty (Verani) agents and employees united their efforts in a month-long food drive. The donations targeted the New Hampshire Food Bank and the Merrimack Valley Food Bank.

To support local efforts to treat addiction and educate community members, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty’s (Verani) North Andover office recently donated $750 to the Andover Cares Fund through the Rotary Club of Andover. The donation was made through VeraniCARES, Verani’s philanthropic arm that focuses on giving back to the communities where agents serve and live.

DeLise, who served in this role and in business development from 2012 to 2015, has returned to lead the division alongside current Manager Michelle Johnson, and will provide strategic planning and execution of new business initiatives as well as agent management, recruitment and training.
